OGA provided construction management services for TOA for an MOB/ASC in Murfreesboro, TN. The first floor of the facility features an MRI and ancillary imaging, clinic space, physical therapy space, and sports performance training. An outdoor turf field was installed for PT/sports training. The second floor of the facility is primarily clinic space. The third floor of the facility is shelled for a future ASC.
OGA collaborated with the investment team to maximize the value of the land procured for the project. By utilizing a pervious paver system to meet stormwater requirements, the ASC/MOB development was able to utilize less land. Excess land was sold to a health system to build a neighboring microhospital. This generated bonus income to investors while simultaneously creating a synergistic medical campus.
