Sunshine Pediatric Day Center in Reading, PA is a 6,600-square-foot pediatric medical day care facility. The project was an adaptive reuse project repurposing a vacant dialysis clinic. Designed to support coordinated pediatric healthcare, the center includes dedicated rooms for speech therapy, physical and recreational therapy, medical treatment, infant and toddler care, and an interactive playroom. The integrated design supports seamless care delivery, clinical oversight, and a developmentally supportive environment for medically complex pediatric patients.
