Michael Arvin

Michael Arvin joined OGA as Vice President - Strategy & Development in 2026. With more than 30 years of healthcare strategy and development experience, Arvin leads OGA's strategic growth initiatives and advises healthcare providers on expansion, investment, and real estate development opportunities nationwide. Throughout his career, he has led the planning, development, and acquisition of medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and behavioral health facilities. Arvin is a frequent national speaker on healthcare growth strategies and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and the Graduate Executive Education program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He was also recognized as a Fellow of the Rice Building Institute.
