Monte Nido

OGA completed the development of a 9,400 square foot Residential Treatment Center in West Nyack, New York. This project involved transforming an existing single family residential home into a fully integrated Residential Treatment Center which focuses on behavioral health treatment and recovery. The facility includes 14 beds, 6 therapy and group meeting spaces, a dedicated study room, and fully accessible bedrooms and restrooms. The design supports a therapeutic, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes healing, wellness, and recovery while meeting the functional needs of both the residents and staff.
