This was a ground-up 19,211 sf cancer center located in Thornton, CO, a part of the Denver metropolitan area. The project was a developed for a single tenant entity, but the space planning included multiple services including: Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, and an Imaging Center. The Medical Oncology portion included typical exam rooms, offices, and infusion areas. The Radiation Oncology portion included a linear accelerator and a HDR suite which required large concrete vaults. The space also included a CT SIM scanner, and misc. offices and exam rooms. The Medical Oncology portion included a PET/CT Gantry and an IRP machine.
