This was a ground-up 23,023 sf orthopaedic office located in Hendersonville, TN. The project was located in the Indian Lake overlay district which required approvals from an Architectural Review Board, separate from the City. The project utilized underground storage tanks and pervious paving to treat the stormwater onsite. The clinic area of the space included 5 exam room pods, a large MRI suite, and two X-Ray suites. In addition, a large open gym space was included in the plan to handle physical and hand therapy services. The space was designed to allow urgent care facility services to operate during off-clinic hours.
