OGA provided construction management services for USPI for an ASC/MOB in Murfreesboro, TN. The first floor of the two story structure features a surgery center outfitted with two OR suites, one future OR suite, one procedure room, and one future procedure room. The project required a CON and a rigorous state health design and construction approval process.

The second floor of the facility was dedicated to medical office space. Half of the space was occupied concurrently with the ASC construction and half of the space was shelled for future use. The second half of the space is now fully leased and under construction.

The facility is a partnership between Ascension St. Thomas and USPI. Additionally, the investors were a conglomeration of physicians. OGA navigated the complex legal structure, relationships, and agreements amongst all parties.
