OGA recently completed the development of this 8,100 square foot Residential Treatment Center in West Linn, Oregon. This adaptive re-use project involved a creative approach to retrofit an existing single family residential home into a Residential Treatment Center serving Behavioral Health clientele. The existing structure was expanded by about 2,000 square feet, and the new facility now contains 14 beds, a commercial kitchen, group therapy and treatment spaces, and administrative office functions in a stunning property that now offers healing and wellness in a residential environment.
